Right Bet - Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

1.1 Right Bet is a legally licensed and regulated betting platform under Ethiopian law. Users must be at least 21 years old to register and participate in any betting activity.
1.2 All users must comply with applicable Ethiopian gambling regulations. Right Bet reserves the right to update these rules at any time with prior notice.
1.3 The use of bots, multiple accounts, VPN access to bypass location restrictions, or any unfair methods to manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited.
1.4 Users are encouraged to bet responsibly. Right Bet provides access to responsible gaming resources through its platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 To place bets on Right Bet, users must register an account using accurate and complete personal information, including a valid mobile phone number.
2.2 Each user may hold only one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.
2.3 Right Bet reserves the right to verify a user’s identity at any time. Users may be asked to submit valid identification documents (KYC) such as a national ID.
2.4 Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in suspension or permanent account closure.
2.5 Right Bet reserves the right to refuse, close, or suspend any account suspected of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
2.6 Identity or source-of-funds verification is mandatory when a user’s balance exceeds 5,000,000 ETB or when requesting a withdrawal of 1,000,000 ETB or more. Withdrawal processing will resume once verification is complete.
2.7 By registering, users agree to receive transactional and promotional messages unless they opt out in account settings.

3. Account Security and Access

3.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing accounts or passwords is not allowed.
3.2 Right Bet may use One-Time Passwords (OTP) or two-factor authentication for enhanced security.
3.3 In case of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, users must notify Right Bet immediately. Accounts may be temporarily blocked during investigation.
3.4 Right Bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
3.5 Password resets or account recovery require identity verification.
3.6 Right Bet may suspend accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Users can deposit or withdraw using approved payment services such as Telebirr, CBE Birr, and other supported providers.
4.2 Transaction limits:
- Minimum Deposit: 10 ETB
- Minimum Withdrawal: 10 ETB
- Maximum Single Withdrawal: 75,000 ETB
- Daily withdrawal limits may vary by provider
4.3 Deposits are usually processed instantly, while withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on payment provider and verification status.
4.4 Right Bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Right Bet does not charge transaction fees unless stated for a specific payment method.
4.6 Users must ensure payment details are accurate. Right Bet is not liable for losses caused by user input errors.
4.7 Deposits and winnings are subject to compliance checks and may be withheld if required by regulatory authorities.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Users may place bets only on available games and events listed on the Right Bet platform.
5.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be canceled or modified.
5.3 Right Bet may suspend, void, or cancel bets due to:
- Technical/system errors
- Suspicious or collusive betting activity
- Odds manipulation
- Violation of platform rules
5.4 Bets on postponed or canceled events will be refunded unless stated otherwise.
5.5 Right Bet may apply betting limits to ensure fair play.
5.6 Bets placed during disconnections or system failures are valid only if logged by the system.
5.7 Official event results determine all bet outcomes.
5.8 Loyalty points may be used for multi-bets of 5 games or more, each with odds of at least 1.70.
5.9 Loyalty point winnings may be credited as cash or bonus credit as defined in promotions.
5.10 Loyalty points have no cash value and may expire per promotional rules.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Right Bet may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotions from time to time. Each has specific terms available on the promotions page.
6.2 Bonuses may have wagering requirements before withdrawals are allowed.
6.3 Unused bonuses may expire within 7 days unless otherwise specified.
6.4 Right Bet reserves the right to cancel or withhold bonuses in cases of:
- Multiple account use
- Bonus abuse or self-referrals
- Arbitrage or fraudulent activity
- Breach of platform rules
6.5 All bonus compliance decisions by Right Bet are final.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Right Bet promotes responsible gambling. Betting should be seen as entertainment, not income.
7.2 Users should set personal limits and avoid betting under stress or emotional distress.
7.3 Right Bet provides responsible gaming tools such as:
- Self-exclusion options
- Cooling-off periods
- Access to betting history
7.4 If gambling causes harm, users are encouraged to seek professional help.
7.5 Users under 21 are prohibited from using the platform.
7.6 Right Bet may suspend or close accounts to protect users showing signs of problem gambling.

8. Bet Settlement, Odds, and Voids

8.1 Bets are accepted at displayed odds at the time of confirmation.
8.2 Obvious errors in odds may result in cancellation or correction to proper odds.
8.3 Bets are settled based on official event results.
8.4 Bets may be voided if:
- An event is canceled or postponed
- A participant withdraws
- Technical issues occur during placement
8.5 In combo bets, voided legs are treated as odds = 1.00.
8.6 Interrupted events not completed within 48 hours may be voided.
8.7 Settlements occur within minutes of official results but may take longer for reviews.
8.8 Incorrect settlements may be adjusted retroactively to reflect the correct results.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

9.1 For complaints, contact Right Bet support via:

- In-app chat
- Email or hotline (listed on website)
9.2 Complaints must be filed within 7 days of the issue.
9.3 Include transaction IDs or screenshots where necessary.
9.4 Right Bet responds within 24 hours and aims to resolve issues within 3 business days.
9.5 If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Ethiopian National Lottery Administration (NLA).
9.6 Accounts may be suspended during dispute investigations.

10. Legal, Licensing, and Final Provisions

10.1 Right Bet operates under a valid betting license issued by the Ethiopian National Lottery Administration (NLA).
10.2 All users agree that Ethiopian law governs their relationship with Right Bet.
10.3 If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms remain effective.
10.4 Right Bet may amend these Terms at any time, with updates announced on the official site.
10.5 The latest Terms and Conditions version supersedes previous versions.
10.6 These Terms do not establish a partnership or agency relationship; users access Right Bet as independent participants.
